Mobile Interactivity in retail, it’s time!


I was reviewing my web analytics report and was introduced to a new term, SoLoMo. Consumers are shopping socially, searching locally and using mobile devices to do it.  It is predicted that by 2015 the mobile commerce market will be $341 billion dollars. You can no longer ignore the inevitable of having a mobile marketing strategy to attract younger consumers.  Younger in terms of consumers is being redefined all the time with respect to mobile it’s forty and under.

Dinosaurs die and become relegated to museums, don’t become one. Start small and make your website mobile friendly and begin a mobile based marketing campaign. There are inexpensive programs that offer a complete solution.  If customers prefer being communicated with on a mobile device then eventually what choice do you have?
